NEW SCHEDULE FOR SUPEREXPRESS VESSEL (GOLDEN STAR FERRIES)

The Greek ferry company Golden Star Ferries has released its new ferry schedule for the Superexpress vessel. Below you can find the detailed timetables that will apply from now until the end of the year.

This ship will depart from the port of Rafina and travel to some Cyclades islands, such as Andros, Tinos, and Mykonos.

April 20, 2022 – April 23, 2022

During this time period right before Greek Easter, many people will travel by ferry to be with loved ones. Therefore, the schedules vary quite a bit.

On Wednesday, April 20th, the Superexpress will depart from the port of Rafina at 7:15. It will head to Tinos (9:15 arrival/9:25 departure), and then Mykonos (9:45 arrival/10:00 departure) before returning to Tinos at 10:20. After about ten minutes, the ship will depart from Tinos to Rafina, getting there at 12:30. A few hours later, the ferry will leave Rafina (16:30 departure) and go to Andros (17:40 arrival/17:50 departure), Tinos (18:50 arrival/19:00 departure), then Mykonos (19:20 arrival/19:45 departure). From there, the ship will travel back to Rafina (22:15 arrival).

On Thursday, April 21, the Superexpress will depart from Rafina at 7:15, arrive in Andros (8:30 arrival/8:45 departure), and then carry on to Tinos (9:45 arrival/10:00 departure). From Tinos, the ship will sail to Mykonos (10:20 arrival/12:00 departure) and then right back to Tinos (12:20 arrival/12:30 departure). Then it will go to Rafina (14:30 arrival/16:00 departure) and Andros (17:10 arrival/17:25 departure). From there, the vessel will sail back to Tinos (18:25 arrival/18:35 departure) and then Mykonos (18:55 arrival/19:30 departure) before finally ending the night in Rafina (21:45 arrival).

On Friday, April 22, the schedule starts the same as the previous day. However when in Mykonos (10:20 arrival) the ferry will leave 15 minutes later for Rafina (12:50 arrival). At 15:00 the ship will leave the port of Rafina and go to Andros (16:10 arrival/16:20 departure), Tinos (17:20 arrival/17:30 departure), then Mykonos (17:50 arrival/18:15 departure). Then, the ship will continue on to Rafina (20:45 arrival).

On Saturday, April 23, the schedule starts the same way as Thursday and Friday. Although on this day, the ship will go from Mykonos to Rafina (12:50 arrival). Then at 14:45, the ship will go from Rafina to Andros (15:45 arrival/16:00 departure), Tinos (17:00 arrival/17:10 departure), and finally, the ship will dock for the night in Mykonos (17:30 arrival).

There will be no Superexpress ferry running on April 24.

April 25, 2022 – May 1, 2022

The Superexpress schedule will be the same every day during this time period except for Monday and Tuesday.

On Monday the ship will depart from Mykonos at 12:00, heading to Tinos (12:20 arrival/12:30 departure) and Rafina (14:30 arrival). Then at 15:15, the vessel will sail back to Mykonos (17:45 arrival/18:00 departure) and Tinos (18:20 arrival/18:30 departure) before stopping at Andros (19:30 arrival/19:45 departure). From Andros, the ship will head back to the port of Rafina (21:00 arrival).

On Tuesday the ship will depart from Rafina at 7:15, go to Tinos (9:15 arrival/9:25 departure) and Mykonos (9:45 arrival/10:30 departure). From there, it will go back to Tinos (10:50 arrival/11:00 departure) and then Andros (12:00 arrival/12:15 departure), and Rafina (13:25 arrival). At 14:00 the Superexpress will leave Rafina again to go to Mykonos (16:30 arrival/17:00 departure), Tinos (17:20 arrival/17:30 departure), and Andros (18:30 arrival/18:45 departure). The last leg of the trip will be from Andros to Rafina (20:00 arrival).

Wednesday through Sunday of this week, the schedule starts with the ship leaving from Rafina at 7:15, going to Tinos (9:25 arrival/9:40 departure) and Mykonos (10:00 arrival). Four hours later, the ship will depart from Mykonos at 16:00 and head towards Tinos (16:20 arrival/16:30 departure), Andros (17:40 arrival/18:00 departure), and then ending the night back at Rafina (19:10 arrival).

May 2, 2022 – June 13, 2022 & September 19, 2022 – October 30, 2022

During these two periods of time, the ferry schedules are aligned and offer a few more destinations. Also, every day will have the same sort of timetable except for Tuesdays.

On Mondays and Wednesdays – Sundays, the Superexpress will depart from Rafina at 7:15 going to Tinos (9:10 arrival/9:20 departure), Mykonos (9:40 arrival/9:50 departure), Paros (10:35 arrival/10:45 departure), and Santorini (12:10 arrival). The ship will leave from there at 16:15, and go back to Paros (17:45 arrival/18:00 departure), Mykonos (18:50 arrival/19:00 departure), and Tinos (19:20 arrival/19:30 departure). Finally, the ferry will come back to Rafina at 21:25.

On Tuesdays, during these time periods, the ship will depart from Rafina at 7:15, head to Tinos (9:10 arrival/9:20 departure) and Mykonos (9:40 arrival/10:00 departure). Then the vessel will turn around and start to come back, stopping at Tinos (10:20 arrival/10:30 departure) and Andros (11:30 arrival/11:45 departure). The last leg of the trip will be from Andros to Rafina (12:55 arrival).

June 14, 2022 – September 18, 2022

During the height of summer, there are two more destinations added to the Superexpress schedule! Additionally, the same ferry schedule will be in place for every day of the week.

The ship will depart from Rafina at 7:15, going to Tinos (9:10 arrival/9:20 departure), Mykonos (9:40 arrival/9:50 departure), Paros (10:40 arrival/10:50 departure) and Ios (11:50 arrival/12:00 departure). From Ios, the vessel will sail to Thira, Santorini (12:40 arrival/14:05 departure) and then back to Ios again (14:55 arrival/15:05 departure). Then, on to Naxos (15:55 arrival/16:05 departure). From there, Paros (16:40 arrival/16:50 departure) and Mykonos (17:45 arrival/18:00 departure) and finally Tinos (18:20 arrival/18:30 departure). The last leg of the day is from Tinos to Rafina (20:25 arrival).
