Earlier this year we launched the user account functionality on Ferryscanner. Now it’s been enhanced even further by a brand new feature.
In addition to addresses and vehicle information (as well as the details of friends/family), customers can add bank cards to their Ferryscanner user account profile. This will surely improve the booking experience and make all payments faster and more efficient.

Gone are the days of having to get up at the last minute to find your wallet before you can complete your reservation. This new card feature is especially important for mobile users since it is very tedious to enter your credit card details on a mobile phone multiple times.
Adding a bank card to your Ferryscanner user account takes minimal effort. Make sure that you are logged in when browsing our website. Then, choose your preferred trip and then enter the payment details.
Select the option ‘save this card for future payments’.
Once you have pressed the big green ‘reservation’ button underneath and the booking is made, your account will be instantly updated to include the new card. Whenever a bank card is saved to your user account, here is how it will appear in the pricing step.
