Ticket Changes with Triton Ferries

Cancellation & Change ProcedureIf you would like to cancel or change your tickets (when applicable by the ferry company), you will need to send us an email or contact us via chat during our working hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 - 19:00, Saturday & Sunday 9:00 - 17:00). Please keep in mind that any changes or cancellations of your tickets are only possible prior to the departure of the ferry. Any adjustments to your booking need to be made ahead of time. Also, please note that in addition to the ferry company charges, we charge a service fee of €3.00 per ticket for changes and cancellations. For any urgent matters, you can also speak directly to the ferry company.

No ShowsIn the case of a no-show, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be converted to an 'open ticket'.
