Can I take my pet on the boat?
Before boarding the ferry you will need to complete a pet declaration form. Currently, each ferry company has its own version. Choose the company you plan to travel with from the list below. Then print this document and bring it to the port.
Most ferry companies allow you to bring your pets on board. However, where your pet can travel on board during the trip will depend on the company and the type of ship. For some, there are dedicated pet areas or specifically designated cabins. You can find out more about these options during the booking process.
Also, the carriage of pets now requires a separate ticket with your pet‘s information. You will need to have this with you even if you are traveling in a pet friendly cabin or οn deck.
On domestic routes, this ticket is free of charge, however, on international routes there is an additional fee.
