What happens in case of a strike?

If a strike affects your ferry trip, the ferry company will notify all affected passengers via SMS. If the company informs travel agencies in advance, we will also update you about any schedule changes.

If you choose to cancel your ferry tickets instead of rescheduling, please avoid printing them. For tickets that have already been printed, you must send them by post or deliver them in person to the Ferryscanner office to process an official refund.
