Invoices and receipts are automatically sent to the customer’s email within 24 hours of ticket issuance. If you need to convert a receipt to an invoice, you can do so through Manage My Booking until the 15th of the month following the receipt’s issuance. Please note that company invoices cannot be converted into standard receipts.

To change the currency on the Ferryscanner website, find the currency dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the page, near the language selector or account options. Click on the current currency (e.g., EUR, USD) to open the list of available options, then select your preferred currency. The prices will update automatically to reflect your selection.
