I checked in online but didn’t receive my boarding pass. What should I do?

Most ferry companies allow online check-in only once. If there’s an error in your email address or phone number, you may not receive your e-ticket. To avoid any issues, double-check your personal details before completing the check-in process—this quick step can save you time and hassle.

If you haven’t received your boarding pass after checking in online, check your spam, junk, or trash folder, as the email may have been filtered there.

If you still can’t find it, you’ll need to pick up a hard copy of your ticket at the ferry company’s ticket booth at the departure port before boarding.
