Aegean Flying Dolphins operates regular routes from Piraeus to Aegina, Poros, Agistri, and Methana, as well as from Volos to Skiathos, Skopelos, and Alonissos. During the summer season, additional routes to Hydra, Spetses, and Porto Heli are also available​​.

The fleet of Aegean Flying Dolphins includes three hydrofoils:

• FD Athina: Catamaran with a capacity of 155 passengers, length of 35 meters.
• FD Erato: Catamaran with a capacity of 155 passengers, length of 35 meters.
• FD Venus I: Catamaran with a capacity of 155 passengers, length of 35 meters​.
