Alpha Lines is a modern ferry company committed to providing high-quality, safe, and comfortable services to its passengers. The company initially operated on the Cyclades routes and other areas such as the Adriatic, Ionian, Ikaria–Samos, and the Dodecanese, before merging with Minoan Flying Dolphins. After 2000, the family participated in the share capital of Hellenic Seaways, with Antonios Agapitos serving as Vice President and CEO until the company was sold in 2018. In 2019, Vasilis Agapitos, continuing the family tradition, founded Alpha Lines and incorporated the modern passenger high-speed vessel SPEEDCAT I into its fleet in 2020. Alpha Lines serves the Saronic islands, offering regular routes from Piraeus to Hydra, Poros, and Spetses, and has earned the trust of its passengers through its commitment to excellent service and innovation in maritime transport.

Alpha Lines’ Vessels
The fleet of Alpha Lines includes the vessel SPEEDCAT I, which was built in 2002 in France by the La Rochelle shipyards. The ship is 43 meters long, 11 meters wide, and can accommodate up to 301 passengers. SPEEDCAT I has a maximum speed of 36 knots and is equipped with modern amenities such as comfortable seating, air-conditioned lounges, snack bars, and free Wi-Fi. The ship’s interior spaces have been redesigned by top architects, using high-quality materials to ensure comfort and sound insulation.
