Blu Navy Check-In & Boarding
Arrival Time
If you are traveling without a vehicle, be at the port at least 15 minutes before departure. Bringing a vehicle? You need to check in at the ship’s ramp at least 30 minutes before the ferry leaves. After that, boarding might not be guaranteed.
Booking Confirmation
Once you have your booking code, head to the Blu Navy ticket booth to pick up your physical ticket or boarding pass.
Web Check-In
Online check-in is not available. Make sure to check in at the port before boarding.
eTicket
eTickets are not offered, so you’ll need to collect your ticket at the terminal.
Vehicles on Board
Blu Navy ferries carry all kinds of vehicles—cars, bikes, motorcycles, campers, and trucks. Once on board, make sure to follow the crew’s parking instructions. Leave your vehicle in gear with the handbrake on.
Required Documents

Blu Navy Pet Policy
Blu Navy welcomes pets on board, making the trip comfortable for both you and your companion. To ensure safety and a pleasant experience, please follow these guidelines:
- Travel Areas: Pets are only allowed on external decks and must not enter indoor passenger areas.
- Containment: Dogs must be leashed and muzzled at all times, or kept inside a secure carrier.
- Smaller Pets: Cats, birds, and small pets must remain inside an appropriate carrier or cage provided by the owner.
- Health Documentation: A valid health certificate and vaccination booklet may be required at boarding (certificates issued over 90 days prior to departure are not valid).
- Service Dogs: Guide dogs assisting visually impaired passengers are allowed in indoor areas and travel free of charge with valid documentation.
- Passenger Responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s well-being and must ensure they do not cause disturbance to other passengers or the ship.

Blu Navy Luggage Allowance
Passengers may bring luggage they can carry themselves onto the passenger decks, as storage in the vehicle garage is not available. If traveling by car, luggage inside your vehicle does not count toward your baggage allowance.
For safety, passengers are responsible for keeping their luggage secure throughout the journey. Luggage must not obstruct walkways or create hazards for other travelers. Blu Navy is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip. Keep valuables with you at all times.
