Blue Star Ferries Pet Policy
Passengers traveling with pets must declare them when booking ferry tickets to issue a specific zero-fare ticket for the animals. Each passenger can travel with up to 5 pets, provided they are owned and vaccinated. Pets must remain in carriers or be leashed and wear a muzzle. There are special cabins and kennels for pets, while their presence is prohibited in indoor areas of the ferry, such as bars and restaurants. Passengers must have the pet’s health booklet and are always responsible for their animal’s care and hygiene during the journey. Unaccompanied pets are not accepted on board.
