Golden Miles is the reward program created by Golden Star Ferries. Travellers over the age of 18 have the opportunity to collect points and earn free tickets.
To join the program, simply fill out the form and mail it in. The form can be found on board the Golden Star ships and in the company offices as well as in the ticket booths at the port.
Alternatively, you can register for our rewards program online (www.goldenstarferries.gr). In this case, the application is sent electronically, and all membership details will be sent via email. Your card can be printed and used temporarily until the plastic card comes in the mail.
The card and card number are required when booking tickets and boarding.
Participation in the program can’t be transferred or assigned to a 3rd party. Points can only be exchanged for a free ticket. Any sale or exchange of points will result in the termination of that person’s membership privileges.
The free ticket is subject to availability, depending on the vessel and the destination. The free ticket is to be collected from the company headquarters, with proof of the membership card. A lost or stolen free ticket will not be reissued.
The ships in the Golden Star Ferries fleet have specially designed areas and cabins for the accommodation of pets. The availability of these is usually limited and varies depending on the size of the ship. Having pets in regular cabins and common areas of the ship is prohibited.
Dogs on the move must always be wearing a muzzle, leash, and be accompanied by their owner. Owners must always have their health booklet, with up to date vaccines. They are solely responsible for the animal’s care, safety, and hygiene. Unaccompanied pets will not be allowed on board.
