hoper Check-In & Boarding
Arrival Time
Try to be at the heliport about 20 minutes before your flight. The waiting area is comfy for short stays, so no need to get there too early — 20 minutes is just right to check in and get ready for takeoff.
eTicket
Once you book, we’ll send your eTicket straight to your email. Just keep it handy on your phone or device.
Check-In
There’s no web check-in. You’ll receive an email around 24h before your departure, with details on your check-in.
Paper Ticket
No paper tickets are needed — your eTicket on your phone does the job.
Booking Confirmation
Right after booking, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the important flight details.
What to Bring
Make sure to have a valid ID with you, like a passport or national ID card. Before boarding, the crew will do a quick ID check and a baggage inspection.
Weight Limit
For safety reasons, your combined weight (you and your luggage) should not exceed 100 kg. If you think you might go over, just reach out to our support team.
Infants and Children
Infants under 2 fly for free on a guardian’s lap with a special belt. Children aged 2 to 12 need a regular ticket. On Robinson R66 helicopters, the first child on each flight can even get a discounted middle seat.

hoper Onboard Amenities
hoper offers a comfortable and scenic flight, letting you stay connected throughout your journey. While there’s no WiFi onboard, you can keep your phone on and often enjoy a strong mobile signal while flying over the islands.
For your comfort and safety, you will be provided with a headset. It reduces noise, allows you to communicate with other passengers and the pilot, and in some cases, lets you connect your phone via Bluetooth to enjoy your own music during the flight.
It’s recommended not to bring food or drinks onboard to avoid spills or damage to the helicopter. A bottle of water is welcome to keep you hydrated during the flight.

Travel smart with hoper and enjoy great savings! Infants (0-2 years old) can travel comfortably on laps with a special belt, and fly for free. For children (2-12 years old), their guardians can book their tickets along with theirs. Plus, on Robinson R66 aircraft, the first child on each flight can get a discounted Middle-Seat option—making island hopping even more affordable!

With hoper, you fly under the care of highly trained pilots and a well-maintained fleet. Every flight is operated under strict safety protocols, from crew training to aircraft checks. Before departure, identity and baggage inspections are carried out to ensure all safety requirements are met. The pilot always has the final say to guarantee a safe and comfortable trip for everyone onboard.
Weather Conditions
Weather can sometimes impact flight schedules, especially when flying between islands. hoper closely monitors conditions along all routes and will notify you as early as possible if your flight might be affected. In cases of significant delays, the team will do their best to assist you and offer suitable solutions, always prioritizing your comfort and safety.
hoper Pet Policy
Small pets are more than welcome onboard! If your furry friend weighs up to 8 kg and fits comfortably in a closed carrier, they can join you for the ride.
- Make sure to book a separate LIGHT fare ticket for your pet, using your own details (name, ID) during the booking. Contact our support team to do this.
- Your pet needs to stay inside the closed carrier for the whole flight.
- Help your pet stay calm and cozy inside the carrier to enjoy the trip together.

Loyalty Program
Currently, hoper doesn’t offer a loyalty program or member card. Think we got it wrong? Let us know! Our support team will gladly update any missing info—because accuracy is our favorite reward.
hoper Luggage Allowance
hoper makes island hopping simple with flexible luggage options depending on your ticket type. You can bring one personal item, like a handbag or laptop bag, and on some fares, you can also carry a soft cabin bag (up to 23kg, max size 63x40x25cm). Remember, the combined weight of you and your luggage should not exceed 100kg due to aircraft safety limits. If you expect to exceed this, contact Hoper’s support team before booking.
Heavier or Extra Baggage
If you need to bring larger items, hoper offers a luggage shipping service for an extra cost. You can request this during checkout. Keep in mind that this service is handled by a third-party provider, and hoper is not responsible for the handling or condition of shipped baggage.
Prohibited Items
For safety, certain items are not allowed on board, including explosives, flammable materials, weapons, toxic substances, and anything restricted by law. The pilot and ground crew have the final say on what can be brought onboard.
