Arrival Time
Passengers without vehicles should be at the ship at least 30 minutes before departure. If you’re traveling with a vehicle, make sure to arrive at the port 1 hour earlier to join the waiting area for embarkation.

You’ll receive a PDF eTicket by email, ready to download or print for your trip.
Web Check-In
Web check-in is not available. Check-in takes place at the port.
Paper Ticket
Paper tickets are available and can be printed at the Ferryscanner office or at the port. Please keep your ticket safe, as lost tickets cannot be reissued and changes may be difficult.
Vehicles On Board
Levante Ferries accepts cars, motorcycles, campers, and trucks on 5 of its 6 vessels. Bicycles are also welcome. Check prices during booking or contact our team for assistance.

Transfer of an unaccompanied vehicle with Levante Ferries
An unaccompanied vehicle cannot be transferred with Levante Ferries. If you need further clarification, please contact our support team for assistance.
Levante Ferries Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on Levante Ferries, making sure both you and your four-legged friends have a comfortable trip. On the Fior di Levante, you’ll even find special kennels available onboard.
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s designated kennels.
- Smaller pets (under 10 kg) can travel with you in a carrier, staying by your side during the crossing.
- All dogs, regardless of size or type, must wear a muzzle when outside their carrier.
- Pets are not allowed indoors or to roam freely on deck.
- Service, assistance, and therapy dogs may accompany their owners outside the kennels but must wear a muzzle and lead.
- Each pet needs a valid ticket, which you can issue during booking by providing their passport or health booklet number, microchip ID, and category (pet, therapy, or assistance animal).
- Each passenger may travel with up to 4 pets they own.
- Always carry your pet’s health booklet or passport during the trip.
You are responsible for your pet’s care, safety, and hygiene while onboard. Ships also provide a dedicated area for pet hygiene. Unaccompanied pets are not accepted.
Loyalty Program

Levante Ferries Luggage Allowance
You can bring hand luggage up to 50 kg on board without any extra charge, so there’s plenty of room for all your essentials. If you’re traveling with mobility equipment or aids, you can bring them too, without worrying about weight limits.
If you prefer, you can leave your luggage for safekeeping, just make sure to get a receipt, and Levante Ferries will take responsibility for it during the trip.
