Superfast Ferries Loyalty Cards
The Seasmiles programme rewards travelers who choose the ships and services of Superfast Ferries. It is a programme for collecting points and rewards, which gives passengers over the age of 18, discounts, free tickets and special privileges.
Every euro you spend on tickets and consumables onboard, amounts to one point. The more points a passenger collects, the more perks he has, for example the ability to upgrade his card to silver or gold which opens the way to even more perks.
Superfast Ferries Pet Policy
With Superfast Ferries, there are three available options for passengers travelling with pets.
Cabin: with an additional cost of 50.00 euros, per route and per animal, an pet cabin is available, with equipment similar to the other cabins, but without a carpet. The availability of the cabins is limited and varies from ship to ship while the additional fees are paid at check-in at the company’s port office.
Specially designed space: with an additional charge of 20.00 euros, per route and per animal, a special cage space is available in a covered part of the ship’s deck. The declaration of the animal and the payment of the fees at check-in at the company’s port office are required.
Cage: the passenger is given the opportunity to bring his own cage for the pet or keep the animal on a leash on the deck throughout the journey, at no extra charge.
