Passenger & Vehicle Ticket Policy

We would like to inform you about the commercial policy regarding passenger and vehicle tickets. Below are all valid discounts for passenger tickets (for all non-cabin seats).

Passenger Discounts (Valid 7 Days a Week)

• STU 50% – Student (valid only in DECK economic seat) *
• NAT 50% – Pensioners (NAT)
• POL 50% – Multiple children
• TRI 50% – Three children
• DISABLED 50% – Special discount (applies also in cabins) **
• CHI 50% – Child (6-10 years old, applies also in cabins)
• INF 100% – Infant (babies up to 5 years old)

Passengers entitled to a discount must declare it when reserving their seats and show all necessary supporting documents both when issuing the discounted tickets and during boarding.

Ticket Cancellation Policy

Peak Travel Periods:

For trips between the following dates:

• 15/03/24 – 18/03/24
• 22/03/24 – 25/03/24
• 01/05/24 – 07/05/24
• 21/06/24 – 25/06/24

• 01/07/24 – 01/09/24

• Cancellations up to 5 days before departure: No cancellation fees; tickets can be refunded, changed to another date, or converted to open.
• Cancellations 5 days to 12 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies, or tickets can be changed to another date or converted to open.

Regular Travel Periods:

• Cancellations up to 3 days before departure: No cancellation fees; tickets can be refunded, changed to another date, or converted to open.
• Cancellations 3 days to 2 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies, or tickets can be converted to open.

After Departure:

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be converted to open.

Open Tickets:

• Open tickets are non-refundable.
• They are valid for one year from the issue date and may be changed once.
• Tickets cannot be canceled over the phone. Passengers must return tickets to the issuing agency for refunds.

Vehicle Discount

• AMEAV Discount 50% – Applies to vehicles of passengers with a DISABLED discount.
• For optimal loading, select vehicle categories: IX1 (<4.25m) or IX2 (>4.25m). No fare difference applies.

Lost Ticket Policy

• Passengers must purchase a new ticket if a ticket is lost.
• They must notify the company in writing, providing details of both the lost and new ticket.
• If the lost ticket is confirmed unused within one month of travel, a free ticket of equal value will be issued, or the fare will be refunded.

Ticket Check on Board

Financial Officers conduct ticket checks during boarding and throughout the journey. Passengers must present their tickets and discount vouchers if applicable.

Luggage Policy

The carrier is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, or luggage in common areas, vehicles, or cabins.

Itinerary & Schedule

• The company strives to maintain approved and published schedules but may modify them if necessary.
• Trip duration refers to the time between leaving the departure port and entering the arrival port.

Important Notes

• * Student discount applies to national HEIs and TEIs, including Open University students.
• ** Disabled passengers eligible for discounts must have a verified disability rate of 80% or more.

This policy supersedes all previous versions.
