(hereinafter referred to as “SERCOMISA”), with NIF A07066749, located at C/ Aragón, 71, 07800 Eivissa (Balearic Islands), Tel. (+34) 971 31 44 33. The terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to all individuals who, for any reason, access https://www.trasmapi.com (hereinafter, the Website) or use the services provided on the portal.
The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance, and validity, of each and every one of the General Contracting Conditions set forth in the latest updated version of these General Conditions.
As a Customer, you declare that you are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Contracting Conditions when contracting with SERCOMISA.
SERCOMISA informs that the procedures to obtain the provision of the offered services are those described in these General Contracting Conditions, as well as any other specific ones indicated on the screen during navigation. Therefore, you declare that you are aware of and accept such procedures as necessary to contract the services offered on the Website.

Use of SERCOMISA’s Online Purchase Services

Online Purchase Services: The purpose of online purchase services is to sell, on this Website, tickets for maritime passenger transport services related to the services provided by SERCOMISA in the course of its regular business. The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance, and validity, of all the general conditions set forth in the latest updated version of these general conditions.
Contracting Procedure: By using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email that includes their reservation locator number. This email serves as proof of their reservation and confirmation of acceptance.
Automatic Check-in: If the customer has not completed online check-in 48 hours before the travel date, the system will automatically do so by sending boarding passes to the email registered in the reservation.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: Upon receiving the purchase confirmation, an automatic charge will be made to your credit card through a secure payment gateway with the banking entity designated by SERCOMISA, corresponding to the total services acquired. This amount will be detailed in the purchase confirmation.
In no case will SERCOMISA provide any economic refund in the event of a request for cancellation of confirmed purchases by the user.
Prices: The prices reflected on this Website include VAT and any other type of tax associated with the provision of the acquired services.

Use of Services

The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs, and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Contracting Conditions.

System Variability

For greater efficiency and to benefit users, SERCOMISA may unilaterally modify the services provided, or the operational, technical, and usage conditions of the services, at any time and without prior notice, by publishing such modifications on this Website so that they can be known and accepted again by customers. Likewise, users, with the aim of improving the service and establishing an optimal level of quality, the ultimate goal of SERCOMISA, may suggest modifications they deem useful by contacting the page administrators through the email address info@trasmapi.com.

Data Source

The data has been provided by the data subjects, their legal representatives, or the tour operators or travel agencies with whom they have contracted combined trips.

In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “LOPD”), SERCOMISA informs you that the personal data you have provided to us through the completion of any electronic registration form on our website, as well as any data that SERCOMISA accesses as a result of your navigation, consultation, request, or contracting of any service or product, or any transaction or operation carried out through the SERCOMISA website, will be collected in a file whose responsible party is SERCOMISA. You may exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the processing of your personal data at SERCOMISA’s registered office (C/Aragón, 71, 07800 – Eivissa, Illes Balears), in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the LOPD.

In general, the personal data you provide to us will be used to address your information requests and inform you about new activities, products, and services of SERCOMISA.

If the User confirms interest in receiving commercial communications, SERCOMISA will make their personal data available to Grupo Empresas Alonso Marí, S.A. – INSOTEL GROUP – allowing the User to benefit from commercial communications offered by the latter or other companies in which it participates.

The consent for the communication of personal data is revocable at any time, although it will not have retroactive effects. If, when completing your data in the corresponding form, you have expressed your willingness to receive information via email, you also consent to receiving commercial communications electronically, as required by the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. SERCOMISA undertakes to treat your personal data in an absolutely confidential manner, using them exclusively for the indicated purposes.

SERCOMISA informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent their alteration, loss, treatment, and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment. All this in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the LOPD and Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11, which approves the Regulation of security measures for automated files containing personal data.

Right to Modify the Terms and/or General Contracting Conditions

SERCOMISA reserves the right to unilaterally modify, without prior notice, any of the elements contained in these General Contracting Conditions, in the manner it deems convenient, informing users of the modifications made through the SERCOMISA website so that they can be known and accepted again by users.

Acceptance of Usage Rules

The user is aware that the use of the online purchase services implies full and unconditional acceptance of each clause included in the Usage Rules of the Website, as published by SERCOMISA at the moment the user contracts the service. These usage rules complement these General Conditions in everything that is not opposed to them. Therefore, the user should be aware of the importance of consulting the rules of this page before accessing and/or using these services.

Right of Withdrawal

As established in article 93.k) TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts for passenger transport services, without prejudice to the application of article 98.2.

Invoice Request

You can request an invoice for your booking or tickets purchased at ticket offices or on boats, using the REQUEST INVOICE form in the INFORMATION menu and we will send it to you at no extra cost.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

The parties submit, at their choice, to resolve conflicts and waive any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
