ALKO Ferries Check-In & Boarding
Boarding Process
- Be at the port at least 30 minutes before departure. Late passengers are not entitled to a refund.
- You must show valid ID or travel documents at boarding. Without them, boarding may be denied.
Ticket Validity & Changes
- Open-date tickets are valid for one year but must be exchanged before boarding.
- You can change your ticket to open-date up to one hour before departure.
Lost Tickets
If you lose your ticket, you’ll need to buy a new one and notify our customer support team in writing with the ticket details. If the lost ticket isn’t used within a month, a replacement may be issued for the same route and class.
Itinerary & Schedule Changes
- ALKO Ferries may adjust routes for operational or port authority reasons.
- If your trip is canceled due to force majeure (like bad weather), you’ll get a full refund.
- For delays or cancellations, check with the port office for updates.

- Dogs must always be on a leash and wear a muzzle while moving around the ship.

- Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s care, hygiene, and behavior during the trip.
