eTickets are not available. Show up during check-in times at the Finnlines’ ticket office to collect your boarding pass.

Paper tickets are not provided in advance – collect your boarding pass at the terminal.
Booking Confirmation
Present your booking confirmation code at the ferry company’s ticket booth to collect your physical tickets or boarding passes.
Vehicles on Board
All nine of the ferry company’s vessels allow vehicles on board. You may also travel with your bicycle or motorcycle. For cars, campers, and trucks, check prices during booking or contact our support team.

Finnlines Pet Policy
Finnlines gladly welcomes pets on board, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for both you and your pet. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant trip:
- Pets are allowed only on route trips, not on cruises.
- Booking a pet-friendly cabin is mandatory, except for day departures on the Kapellskär-Långnäs-Naantali route.
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per cabin.
- Pets over 10 kg must stay in the ship’s kennel.
- Smaller pets (under 10 kg) can remain in their owner’s cabin but may still be required to use a kennel.
- Dogs must always be on a leash when outside the cabin and wear a muzzle at all times.
- Pets are not allowed in bars, restaurants, saunas, or other public areas.
- Pets cannot remain in vehicles during the journey.
- Owners must carry a valid pet passport, health certificate, or service dog license and provide necessary pet essentials, including food (as it is not available onboard).
- Special pet walking areas are available, including designated pet-friendly outer decks and even a tree stump for added comfort.
- Assistance, guide, or service dogs are exempt from kennel and area restrictions, but must still be notified at the time of booking.
