Ferryscanner, as a provider of intermediary services, fully complies with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services (Digital Services Act – DSA).

It is noted that Ferryscanner qualifies as a small enterprise within the meaning of the Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC, and therefore does not constitute a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) as defined under the aforementioned Regulation.
